I had a pleasant stay at Mirth Sathorn Hotel, enjoying the beautiful room decor and the friendly staff. The location was superb, allowing easy access to the Silom area and public transport. However, the breakfast options were quite basic, and there was no swimming pool, which I missed during the hot weather.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit small for two people, featuring lovely decor with a four-poster bed. The stylish bathroom was a nice touch, though the bathroom extractor fan was quite noisy.
Service
8.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when I had questions. I appreciated their approachability, though it would have been better if there were clearer instructions about phone calls from the room.
Location
8.0
I loved the hotel's location, as it was a short walk to Saladaeng Station and near various amenities. The shortcut through the hospital to reach the main road was convenient, though it could be tricky after hours.
Dining
5.0
The hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was a downside, but there were plenty of local spots for a meal. I missed having an on-site dining option, especially given the hotel’s cozy atmosphere.
Facilities
6.0
The absence of a swimming pool was perhaps the biggest drawback during the hot weather. However, the hotel was generally quiet and well-maintained, which contributed to a relaxing stay.

I had a pleasant experience at Mirth Sathorn, enjoying the comfortable and clean room. The hotel's location was quiet yet conveniently close to street food and nightlife. However, I encountered some minor issues with the room size and the operation of the shower.

Rooms
7.0
My room was beautifully decorated in a Thai boutique style and generally clean. While it had a lovely ambiance, I found it a bit smaller than I expected based on the pictures. The bathroom featured a window that could be opened, which I liked. However, I experienced some noise from the extractor fan and had difficulty getting hot water at the washbasin (the shower was fine).
Service
8.0
The staff were quite friendly and went out of their way to assist me. They even personally walked me to local restaurants when I asked for recommendations, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that some staff members had a lukewarm demeanor at times.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was great for a peaceful stay, slightly hidden off Silom next to a school and a hospital. While it was about a 10-minute walk to the skytrain, the streets were quiet, which I enjoyed. However, accessing the nearest street can be tricky, especially after 8 PM due to closures, and I would recommend taking a taxi if you’re out late.
Dining
6.0
Although there was no breakfast offered at the hotel, I found plenty of local options nearby for delicious meals. I did miss having breakfast on-site, but the proximity to street stalls was a perk.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel was well-maintained, and the decor was charming. It lacked some amenities like breakfast but was overall clean and comfortable. There was a cute hotel cat that added a nice touch!

I recently stayed at Mirth Sathorn Hotel for a night and it was a solid choice for the price. The four-poster bed added some unique charm to the room, though it made the space feel a bit cozier than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast could definitely use some improvement. Overall, a decent spot especially if you're in the area for business.

Rooms
7.0
The room had a cozy vibe with a unique four-poster bed and plenty of lighting, but it felt a bit cramped.
Service
7.0
Staff were super friendly and quick to assist with my needs, though I noticed some inconsistency in service quality.
Location
6.0
Mirth Sathorn is located close to the embassies and is a short walk to public transport, but the shortcut closes early, which can be a hassle at night.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was simple and left a bit to be desired, but it was included with my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered essential facilities like a mini fridge and good Wi-Fi, but the cable TV was tricky to navigate.

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience at Mirth Sathorn. The location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from public transport and surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, I found some aspects of the hotel lacking, including the room amenities and breakfast options, which were quite basic.

Rooms
6.0
My room was a bit small but clean and comfortable for two people. The décor felt outdated, and I noticed some areas, like the bathroom, could use better upkeep.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with questions or requests, which made my stay more pleasant.
Location
8.0
The hotel is well-located in central Bangkok, making it easy to explore the vibrant Silom area. However, accessing the hotel might be a bit tricky at night due to street closures.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic with limited options like a couple of cakes, fruit, and tea. I would have preferred more variety.
Facilities

The hotel had basic facilities, but I found the lack of a kettle in the room inconvenient. It would have been nice to have hot water readily available.

I enjoyed the great location of the Mirth Sathorn Hotel, making it easy to explore the vibrant Silom area and nearby BNH Hospital. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the basic breakfast options and the absence of a swimming pool, which I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, my room was smaller than I anticipated, affecting my overall comfort.

Rooms
6.0
The room was quite stylish and clean, but I found it a bit smaller than I had hoped, especially for two people. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower, though there was an awkward phone situation where I had to ask the reception for outside calls.
Service
8.0
The staff here were genuinely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help whenever I had questions. They made my stay more enjoyable despite the other issues.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the Saladaeng Station and in the heart of the Silom area, which is great for shopping and dining. However, accessing the entrance can be a bit tricky after 8pm.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were quite limited, with only basic items available. I would have preferred a more substantial selection. Fortunately, there are decent local places nearby for meals.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel lacked a swimming pool, the overall ambiance felt modern. I also noticed that housekeeping was attentive, keeping the place tidy.
